In every ReachLocal Australia office, our CSC’s play a key role in our sales organisation.  CSC’s help our Internet Marketing Consultants (sales reps) to better understand our proprietary software and how it interfaces with Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other advertising technologies. 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
The CSC functions as a knowledge source, mentor/support and technical ‘goto’ person within their individual sales teams.  Our CSC’s work directly with the sales force and their customers to strengthen knowledge and customer satisfaction.  The CSC role involves training both at the group & individual level, analysing/troubleshooting issues, and collaboration with all levels throughout the organisation.  CSC’s will also assist with existing clients by building rapport and fostering relationships in order to increase retention.

The CSC operates as a technical lead and supporting function to the Sales Manger, to be successful in securing an interview you will have the following:

• Sales & customer service experience
• Analytical Thinking
• Strong Communication Skills
• Tech Savvy, pick up technological concepts quickly

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
• 2-5 years working experience in marketing, training, customer service, or sales
