REGISTERED NURSE -DIV 1 - SUPERVISOR
This is a dream job and opportunity for a qualified nurse to join a very progressive, busy, well established General Practice.

You will work closely with the management team, other nurses and receptionists, along with  supporting and assisting the doctors.

BRIGHTON  -  GENERAL PRACTICE
PART TIME -  APPROX 25 HOURS P.W
PRACTICE MANAGER
This is a large General Practice requiring an experienced Practice Manager  who has previous extensive employment running and organising the day to day business dealings which include:
  • Accreditation ( Due for renewal in 2010)
  • H R ( All staffing requirements)
  • I. T  - Troubleshooting & maintenance of all equipment with upgrade of programs as required.
  • Wages
  • Monthly Creditors & payment of all accounts
  • Administration Management - including rosters for doctors & staff, staff training, staff appraisals, advertising, maintenance of Policy & Procedure Manual for Practice.
  • Meetings with Partners including minutes, regular staff meetings
  • Business Planning - which includes consultation with the Principals, prepare budgets, develop strategies, advertising for new doctors etc.
  • Productivity
The financials will be handled by a bookeeper - but at a later date - if you wish to increase to full time and have the credentials and wish to take over that role, then this will be considered.

MALVERN  -  NEUROSURGEON
PART TIME - 3 DAYS P.W.
TYPIST / ADMINISTRATION
If you love typing and it is fast and accurate, with good spelling and medical terminology, then this is a great part time role.
 
You will also assist the secretary by spending half a day purely taking phone calls, making appointments etc.
 
You must be flexible with covering any sick leave, therefore you will be shown the general running of the practice over time.

MALVERN  -  RHEUMATOLOGIST
PART TIME -  2 - 3 DAYS ( Temporary with view to permanency)
TYPIST
 
This is a great way to start - a temporary assignment with view to taking this position on a permanent basis.
 
Typing skills must be good - min 75wpm with accurate spelling.  Computer literacy a must ( Zedmed)
 
Experience in private medical rooms - with a broad knowledge of medical terminology
 
Excellent salary
Hours can be negotiable.
 
TEMPORARY POSITIONS AVAILABLE FULL AND PART TIME
 
We always have temporary assignments in private medical rooms.
Practice managers, Typists, Receptionists, Secretaries needed.
 
Experience essential.
