This nationally recognised supplier based in Port Melbourne is currently recruiting for an Office Manager / Personal Assistant. This company is dynamic, forward in their thinking and want to recruit an individual that will understand their values and consider these in decision making and everyday duties. As Office Manager you will be have two direct reports and be responsible for the day to day running and overseeing of administration within the office. As Personal Assistant to the General Manager your duties will include diary/email management, travel arrangements, coordinating conferences/bookings, reports and presentations.
