We are looking for 5 enthusiastic customer service candidates to work for one of Australia's largest publicly-listed energy delivery businesses for a 6-12 week temporary assignment. Our client, requires a team of Metre Data Exception Officers to action the daily operational processes of the Data Services group.

Working within a customer service environment, your aim will be to provide professional, accurate and timely responses to problems arising from the metre reading data. Day to day your responsibilities will include:


* Processing and responding to service orders
* Managing data exceptions using their in-house computer system
* Investigating any discrepancies or problems with metre readings
* Analysing the history of customer's metre reading accounts
* Responding to emails and filtering ????? ????? the Data Services team
* Maintaining extensive contact with customers and industry representatives

These roles are to start immediately, with on-the-job training provided. It is a temporary role however for the ideal candidate there is potential to move into a similar role on an on-going basis.

What we are looking for is someone with a high attention to detail, customer focused and have the ability to pick things up quickly. Some of the issues you will be dealing with can be quite complex so if you have had previous experience working within the utilities industry in either a retail or distribution role, you will be highly regarded. You must posses excellent communication skills, have strong computer literacy and above all have a positive and 'can-do' attitude.
