In this key management role some practi cal work with employees with a disability is required. The position is based at Outlook's Resource recovery business in Hampton Park. The successful applicant will possess: . The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a dynamic team. . An ability to respond to the issues facing people with disabilities on a daily basis . The ability to manage disadvantaged workers & sup port staff in a variety of commercial settings . Good computer & time management skills, including data entry . An ability to operate in a changing environment . A current drivers licence Desirable . Previous management experience .
