Your Role
Supporting a large team of busy onsite recruiters this role will combine excellent organisation skills with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating high volumes of employment contracts
- Keeping recruitment documentation and files up dated
- Supporting the onsite recruitment teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Uploading and updating candidate details onto Taleo RMS
- Balancing the needs of large team with multiple requests
Your Skills
You will have some previous experience in an administration role and will enjoy working in a busy, varied role. Your skills will include:
- Multi tasking; Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm
Previous experience in recruitment administration would be helpful but is not essential. You will have exceptional communication skills and organisational skills and will take pride in delivering ????? ????? administrative support.
