A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer focused candidate to join an internationally recognised organisation for a 12 month fixed term contract. A household name in Australia and overseas, this organisation is one of the leaders in the packaged foods industry, holding their high reputation in Australia for over 80 years.

Moving to brand new premises in December, you will work in a small and friendly team that is responsible for providing high levels of customer service to the organisations consumers nationally via phone, email, mail and various websites. You will work with the organisations various business units to obtain pertinent information on products, promotions and packaging and communicate to the team in order to respond to consumer questions and concerns effectively.

The successful candidate will have previous consumer relations experience, preferably within a FMCG environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as is your strong customer focus and your ability to listen and empathise with consumers whilst providing decisive information. In addition, you enjoy working within a dynamic team environment and possess the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure whilst maintaining a consistent customer focus.
