Customer Service Officer (no sales)

    Permanent Part Time:  Mon - Fri i.e. 5 hrs x 5 days per week. Occassionally, 38 hrs per week will be required.

    An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Officer at, our H.O. and manufacturing ????? ?????, in Wantirna South, reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
     
    Duties include:
    Providing a high standard of customer service and support to all internal/ external customers.
    Accurate and timely order entry via our in- house MK system.
    Regularly liaising with Sales Reps. to provide information re pricing, delivery and outstanding orders.
    Maintaining customer databases and obtaining customer feedback, as required.
    Relief for other customer Service Officer and Reception, as required.
    Given the importance we place on ‘Excellence in Customer Service’; it is essential that the successful candidate is a clear communicator, highly service orientated, with a courteous and friendly manner. A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail is vital.
     
    Additionally, this person will demonstrate:
    Good admin skills, including formal communication.
    Excellent data entry and general p.c. skills, incl. Outlook, Word. Excel.
    Ability to quickly learn new skills
    Willingness to ‘step into the breach’ and to work under pressure (at times).
