Our client is a Boutique Accounting practice located on the city’s fringe and only a stones throw from a fantastic shopping and café precinct. It is an office free of politics and void of the mundane.
Currently they are seeking an experienced Administrator to manage the daily administration, relief reception and secretarial duties.
Having worked within a professional services environment, you will be experienced at:
- General duties including but not limited to answering ????? ?????, typing correspondence, mail outs, meeting and greeting clients, liaising with stakeholders, general file management and organizing and booking meetings.
As you will be liaising directly with clients, excellent communication and professional presentation skills are a must.
In order to be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Prior administrative experience (professional servces environment definite bonus)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft suit of packages
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to multitask
- Loyalty
