The purpose of this newly created role will be to support the Yakka Apparel Solutions Sales Manager, and other members of the team to ensure smooth running of the Sales and Marketing department in fulfilling the set business objectives.
Within this role your duties will include:
- Assisting in producing various business reports, preparing ????? ?????, proposals and clients order forms
- Offering ????? ????? support to the team, through preparing ????? ?????, distributing mail, ordering ????? ????? meeting rooms etc
- Providing customers with required reports on weekly, monthly or ad-hoc basis
- Any additional administrative or support tasks as requested from the team
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer packages – MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc, alongside experience working with databases
- The ability to establish sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to work well in a team, with highly developed organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks
