  • Offering ????? ????? a $60,000 Package based on your previous experience.  
  • Monday-Friday only.  
  
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global company being listed as a Top 50 performer for 2008/2009. Our client dedicates their global resources, industry intelligence and systems expertise to working with their clients to make their businesses stronger.   
As the Administration Assistant your role will be to keep our clients Australian business operations and activities organised and moving forward liaising with the US & India within this position.  
This position will also include:  
  • Interacting with all levels of internal management as well as clients & vendors,  
  • Scheduling appointments, travel and seminars/functions,  
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the executive in his absence,  
  • Managing all expenses,  
  • Preparing ????? ?????, preparing & looking after administrative budgets & conducting internet research,  
  • Supervising Support staff & Customer Relations,  
  • Managing vendors & procurement for office supplies.  
In this role you are also welcome to study & review company or department procedures, recommend management action to improve standard operating procedures, presenting comparisons on cost, risk & benefits also attending all meetings.  
My client is looking for a person who has the above previous experience and who has been employed within a similiar role ideally within a global company for the past 3+ years.
