A Hawthorn firm is seeking an accountant with a minimum of two years experience in CA public practice firm. With new owners this firm has a huge clientele base and is looking to expand and change the business in the coming years.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven accountant to get in early and reap the rewards – both in the short and long-term.

A large number of the firm’s clients are individual self managed super funds, and hence we are seeking an accountant who is experienced and passionate in this area.

The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of or experience in:

• The use of Solution 6 and BGL Simple Fund
• Be CA qualified (or part qualified)
• Business services experience mainly relating to year end compliance
• An up-to-date knowledge of superannuation investment laws and requirements
• Audit experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be able to liaise with a wide and varied customer base
