As part of a recent ownership restructure, our client is centralising its small Head Office team in Melbourne and is now seeking a talented Property Accountant to assist the Group Financial Controller with a variety of tasks such as:
- Management, financial & project accounting
- Reporting & compliance requirements
- Commercial evaluation & reporting
Primarily focussed on a diversified portfolio of quality residential property projects developed by a variety of leading private developers (JV partners), our client offers security holders liquidity, geographic, project & product diversity as well as long term asset appreciation.
Being a relatively small & tightly-knit Head Office team, you will really enjoy the energy & dynamics of a talented team of property investment & development professionals.
