As part of a recent ownership restructure, our client is centralising its Head Office team in Melbourne and is now seeking a talented individual to assist the Finance Team with a variety of tasks such as:
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Treasury operations
- Strategy & planning
- Systems management
- Internal reporting
Primarily focussed on a diversified portfolio of quality residential land projects developed by a variety of leading private developers (JV partners), our client offers security holders liquidity, geographic, project & product diversity as well as long term asset appreciation.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the ideal candidate will bring ????? ????? and finance industry experience preferably in the property or business banking sectors. Being a relatively small & tightly-knit Head Office team, you will really enjoy the energy & dynamics of a talented team of property investment & development professionals.
