Located in the idyllic northern suburbs, our client is based within the educational sector are currently seeking the services of an experienced systems accountant. Based within the larger finance function, this role reports directly to the Manager of Corporate Services. The key focus for this role is to manage the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of all financial systems controlled by the corporate finance department.

Undertaking projects as needed will be a key requirement, as too will be the management of these projects, providing day to day assistance to the organisations users and to promote and encourage understanding, knowledge and efficiencies of the organisations systems. You will be required to conduct feasibility studies, maintain up to date systems knowledge, maintain a good working relationship with all personnel and maintain systems documentation.

With demonstrated experience in financial accounting or systems related roles, your understanding of computerised financial systems and the relationship between various financial modules is critical to this role. With the ability to plan, manage and implement projects and with strong leadership skills, this role will suit someone who has had exposure to large ERP systems, with particular interest in Finance One. A CA/CPA qualification is essential.
