Manage Your Team
You will have total autonomy and support, from the two Partners of this CA firm. You will lead and motivate a team of accountants, review the work and monitor the job with budgets. You will be part of the management planning and also control the HR issues.
In addition to all the usual tax and accounting matters raised by clients you will also prepare the management accounts for the practice.
This is a 'real' managers role in a long established, highly regarded CA firm in South Melbourne.
