This diverse and well established privately owned organisation is now gearing ????? ????? the next stage of growth. Now is an exciting time to join the business as the Finance Manager will play an integral role in driving the organisation forward.

Reporting directly to the Chairman you will perform business and strategic functions. You will be responsible for managing a small team of local and interstate staff and manage the day to day finance operations of all the entities. Specifically you will be responsible for producing monthly/year end reporting, cash flow management, budgets, forecasts and audit control. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in helping identify and implement new value add opportunities including the business's growth strategy.

CA/CPA qualified, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of finance and accounting knowledge as well as being commercially savvy. Working knowledge of MYOB is desirable and intermediate Excel skills are essential. High level communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Some exposure to different legal entities will be highly regarded.

In addition, the successful candidate has the ability to inspire, support and lead a small team. You pride yourself in your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You are a people person, a 'go getter'and your integrity and work ethics are second to none.
