This role is supported by a team of finance and administration staff and will suite a person with strong people management skills, who can hit the ground running and maintain complete and accurate accounting records within the Finance function.

This opportunity has arisen due to sustained organic growth, and would include supervising the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, preparation of BAS and payroll tax returns, cash flow, P&L and balance sheet forecasts, supervision of AP and AR functions, cash flow management for head office and all outlets, as well as assisting with various management and financial reporting tasks and the development of systems.

To be successful in this exciting role, you will need to be an experienced people manager, preferably from the retail sector, with strong relationship building skills and a "hands on" approach. You will need to be CPA/CA qualified, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
