Finance Officer
FINANCE OFFICER
Keilor Cemetery Trust
The Keilor Cemetery Trust
(KCT) requires a casual Finance
Officer 2 days (16 hours) per
week (Tues or Weds and
Fridays). This position is
available for a period of 7
months (due to maternity leave),
with the possibility of this period
being extended.
General accounting duties will
be required, including accounts
payable (including EFT
payments), accounts receivable,
purchase order preparation,
banking preparation and other
duties as requested by the
Accountant. The Finance Officer
will also be required to perform
some administrative duties.
The successful applicant must
have experience and a strong
knowledge of Quickbooks and
the ability to work autonomously
in a small office environment.
The pay rate is $31.50 per hour
(including casual loading) and
superannuation will be paid in
addition to the hourly rate.
