PART TIME, CONTRACT AND TEMPORARY BOOKKEEPING OPPORTUNITIES ALL
Our Clients are well established businesses, some small and others large, situated in various locations in Melbourne, but all have one thing in common - they all require the talents of an experienced bookkeeper with a slight administrative edge!
As the successful applicant your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll
- Data Entry
- Bookkeeping to trial balance
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Processing orders
- Invoicing
- Emailing, filing and relief reception
You will also possess the following skills and attributes:
- 2-3 years of Bookkeeping experience in Australia
- Good base knowledge of MYOB or QuickBooks
- Friendly and result driven demeanor
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
- A high level of presentation and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- These assignments vary in duration, some are on going and others are temporary, lasting anywhere from one month onwards. Hours are flexible and usually negotiable, and the pay rate is extremely competitive.
