To assist in continuing with future expansion a key role has arisen within its finance team. Reporting directly to the manager of Finance, this role will be responsible for producing monthly management reports, budgets and forecasting and KPI reporting. As part of your responsibilities you will also carry out in-depth analysis of expenditure, variances and work closely with the business to assist with cost management and revenue analysis.

You will be a CA/CPA qualified professional who has proven management accounting or financial analysis experience from a property background. You must also demonstrate high levels of business acumen and the ability to develop good relationships.
