You will provide crucial analytical support to the Corporate Finance team in relation to mergers and acquisitions and capital investment reviews. You will assist in the financial analysis of M&As, major capital projects and will undertake detailed financial modelling and valuation studies. As a team member you will participate in various project evaluation teams and will undertake ad-hoc research.

You will gain exposure to a range of commercial and corporate finance activities throughout the business and this position will suit an individual with very strong financial modelling skills and company valuation skills. You must also demonstrate high levels of business acumen and strong analysis skills. Experience gained in M&A or due diligence will be highly regarded and relevant tertiary or professional qualifications are required.
