This Australian success story with a strong suite of brands continues to grow in stature and portfolio diversity in its chosen markets. Due to their continued success and a strong pipeline of projects this organisation is looking to further strengthen its Corporate Finance Function.

Reporting to the head of Corporate finance and working in a high calibre and collegiate team, you will be responsible for working across a number of projects either in a team function or on stand alone projects ranging cross M&A, JVs, divestments and strategic alliances. The focus of the role is the provision of robust financial advice relating to M&A activities including acquisitions, divestments, commercial and capital projects. The role will involve financial modelling, high level communication and negotiation, due diligence and other ad-hoc project related tasks.

You will be Tertiary qualified with appropriate post graduate experience within either an internal corporate finance function or in an external advisory role in banking or the corporate finance division of a large CA firm. You will possess first class communication and financial modelling skills.
