We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Officer to join our Credit Team!!
Reporting to the Credit Team Leader in the Shared Services team, this role will offer a long term career with one of Australasia's leading publicly listed services firms.
With a demonstrated background in managing corporate accounts, you will be responsible for a portfolio of major clients. You will do this through developed organisational and prioritising skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and the highest levels of customer service and professionalism.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
* Collection and management of major client accounts. * Reconciliation of accounts * Liaising with internal & external persons at varying levels of seniority * Handling disputed matters with efficiency * Attending to customer queries with immediate follow up * Adherence at all times to Company Policies and Procedures. You will be looking after these major accounts for us and you will need the drive to be able to handle:
1. The Client - negotiating payments on outstanding invoices whilst maintaining company policies & procedures and building a strong relationship with the customer on an on-going basis,
2. Internal Staff - the ability to negotiate with a multitude of different departments and personalities in order to get the job done,
3. Achieving KPI's - You will be required to achieve set goals & targets in a fast moving environment.
Experience/ Expectations/ Skills:
3+ years Credit / Collections experience essential at a similar level of corporate account management * Recruitment background an advantage * Accounts Reconciliation * Strong Communication skills - written and verbal * Problem Solving * Superior Negotiation skills * Great Plains experience (an advantage) * Microsoft Office suite - intermediate use desired If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV and cover letter.
