We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to work for one of our clients. With strong branding, this is an opportunity not to be missed as you will be working for one of Australia's leading icons. Working within a large division, our client has state of the art offices including plasma TV and large break out area for your convenience.
Due to a maternity leave vacancy, we are currently looking for Team Coordinator to come in and assist the Team Leader in running a large team of approximately 10 -15 people. In this busy role, you will be required to:

Ensure work loads are allocated to meet strict deadlines

Maintain high levels of customer service is given to internal and external customers

Ensure that there are adequate staff on hand to manager peaks and troughs in work load

Monitor staff individual performance levels and proactively manage any issues

Produce reports on team performance and work load

Streamline and improve current work practices

In order to be successful for this role, you will possess

Previous experience in hands on managing a large team (min. 10 people)

Experience in working in a high volume processing environment

Working knowledge of SAP and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Working examples of process improvement
