Administration Assistant

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team in Melbourne CBD.

    You will be part of a small team where your responsibilities will include answering ????? ?????, organising couriers, typing of correspondence, data entry, greeting clients, general administration, banking, payments of accounts, processing of payroll, invoicing, and debt collection. The successful applicant must possess experience in a similar role, an eye for detail and display good communication skills. You will be analytical and have an aptitude for figures, be computer literate and proficient on MS Word and Excel.
