Training Sales (Internal) & Course Coordinator

  • The wonderful field of training

  • Small team - lots of flexibility

  • Sales and Service
  • Your needs?:

    • diversity in your role?
    • to feel like you’ve really contributed to company success?
    • to be part of a recognised, market-leader?

If you NEED all these questions answered by the one organisation, then we may NEED you!

For years, Ron Pollak Consulting and Training (www.ronpollak.com.au) has been leading the market in its innovative and results-driven services. No other training company in Australia is as focused on these philosophies as we are. We have developed some excellent long-term partnerships with great organisations and as a result of them ‘wanting more’ as well as looking to take our product and services further, have developed new ways to stay ahead of the pack! We NEED someone to help continue this drive, in our Melbourne office.

Here in Melbourne, we’re a small, close and highly effective Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be primarily responsible for maximising the number of courses that we have scheduled throughout the year. You will be communicating with a lot of customers, mainly over the phone, also via email and our newsletters. We have a solid technology infrastructure, revolving around the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - we use Goldmine - and various Microsoft applications –Excel, Word and Access. This role will also involve a fair amount of customer service and administration too.

    Our Needs:
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Desire to succeed.
    • Someone who embraces sales and cold calling.
    • Working in a (small) team environment.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Highly competent with computer technology and the applications mentioned above.
    • Customer-first approach.
    • Experience in training (highly desirable).
    • Job continuity

If you believe that you can offer all these (and hopefully more!) and are looking to be a part of an organisation that is planning to grow, then don’t delay in sending your resume to Andrew Pollak, Sales Director – ???@???.??? . We are flexible with the remuneration package, based on the experience and capabilities of the individual, however, individuals can expect a package of $50,000 to $65,000 per annum.

Your details will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
