Engineering Manager Process Facility Maintenence

This flagship process facility requires the expertise of an operations manager to take a key role in producing implementing and managing the pre and post operations and asset maintenance of the plant.
The position will be located in the companys Melbourne office during ????? ????? operations phase and then relocate to the site in the commissioning and operations phase to take on the full mantle of the role.
Strong experience in maintenance and operations of substantial industrial process facilities is a pre requisite. Building, training and leading your operations team is an important aspect as is the design of the maintenance and procedures to ensure the effective management of the plants extensive assets.
Continuous improvement and refining of maintenance programs will be necessary to meet the key contractual needs of the plant in terms of reliable throughput and volume.
We seek a longer term commitment past implementation and initial operations into ongoing management of the operations maintenance as you will ultimately be running and fine tuning the program you originally designed.
