Team Leader - Portfolio Collections

 



Lead a growing team of portfolio debt collections operators focussing on training, client account management, and quality control for our operators. Experienced in training preferred.

  • Skip Tracing experience required and debt collections experience highly desirable

Role Responsibility
We ensure you are continuously learning via our “Good Boss Leadership” program – a 6-month leadership program developed in-house. In addition, we encourage each Team Leader to use the Executive Coach for one-on-one mentoring.You will be supported with state of the art performance analysis data and reporting. 
 
Your daily responsibilities include: 
  • Delivering ????? ????? levels as per Client requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • Coaching & development of your collections staff;
  • Monitoring ????? ????? performance for quality;
  • Pursuing & implementing opportunities for continuous improvement; and
  • Acting as an ambassador for D&B’s cultural values. 
Role Requirements
 
Your success in this position requires:
  • Skip Tracing experience;
  • A demonstrated proven track record in meeting targets by managing customer expectations;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Experience working in an outbound Call ????? ?????;
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills;
  • Ideally skills and experience in call ????? ????? training;
  • Customer service focus, high level of work performance standard and ethical values; and
  • Sound knowledge of technology, such as MS Office.
