Your need to demonstrate technical experience within a building sector from a client?s prospective. Duties will include:
- Estimating and Cost Planning on commercial and industrial projects
- Post contract administration work including processing variations and monthly claims
- Review of tender and contract documentation
- Preparation of documents for post contract control
- Demonstrate experience of working within a team environment.
