The company covers an array of clients and they are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in Data Centres. They have 2 projects in the range of $85M and $150M so experience in large projects is essential 

Your responsibility will include: 

• Concept design and planning application with architectural design teams
• Tender documentation preparation
• Health & Safety documentation
• Full project management from inception to completion
• Mechanical & Electrical Design
• Building Management Design
• Security
