Reporting to a Senior Manager, your new role will manage all aspects of product technical support. This will include team management, customer service, commercial reporting, training, industry compliance and liaison with sales & supply chain departments.
You will hold trade or degree qualifications and will be able to demonstrate solid technical experience in the air-conditioning, refrigeration or air movement sectors.
In addition to your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will present with solid professionalism and high-level communication skills, leadership ability and a flexible, resilient character.
