We are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage an established & successful sales team, you will be required to lead and mentor the sales team. You will be responsible for managing and driving the strategic sales and promotional business plans. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be expected to have a proven history of success in a similar role and you will have a key input into the commercial decisions made going forward. It is expected that the leading applicants will have the following skills / attributes:

•  Demonstrated sales experience in a management role.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience working in a scientific environment.
• Sound Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
