- Bachelor Environmental Science (or equivalent), post grad qualifications highly regarded
- Minimum 10 years experience in impact assessment and approvals management; within Australia (prior Qld experience highly regarded)
- A "politically aware" individual that is adept at managing relationships between government and private sector stakeholders
- A strong industry reputation and proven successful project delivery capability
