Select Education, soon to be Randstad Education are looking for a Business Development Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developemnt professional who will lead all of our BD in Melbourne. You will need to have a substantial  level of experience dealing with clients from the early childhood education and schools sector. The role is a full time and you will work alongside a team of consultants who are highly skilled and have lots of knowledge to share.

Your objective will be to hunt for new business opportunities and converting leads into sales. You will be responsible for generating growth week on week. You will need to have a can do attitude and not be afraid to work hard and get the job done. Were looking for someone who has a strong teamwork ethic, high energy and commitment to achieving strong business growth.
