Are you an experienced Team Leader in a sales environment? Would you like to be focused on an all encompassing Team Leader role...including managing client relationships, writing proposals & mentoring ????? ????? team?
Working with this highly professional and respected Australian owned ITIL consulting and training firm, with offices across Australia and New Zealand your role as Direct Sales Team Leader is to manage the small direct sales team and ensure that sales opportunities are generated for all areas of the business as well as working closely with the Marketing Manager and Account Managers.
Clients are companies of all sizes, from many industries, that plan to implement the best ITIL processes available with the end result clearly in mind.
Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor with:
Experience as a sales team leader/supervisor & or account manager
The capacity to write effective proposals
Ability to work collaborative in a team environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage relationships & client accounts
Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns
Proven telesales/direct sales capabilities
A sound understanding of the use of Direct Marketing disciplines e-commerce, mailouts, databases etc.
Outstanding communication skills...to deal with, lead and motivate, people at all levels!
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a consultative sales environment and exposure to the IT Sector will be highly regarded.
