  • Our client is a multi national industrial leader, have a strong career opportunity for an industrial business development manager.     We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that has the skills and energy to take on a Product Manager/ technical applications role and become an integral part in growing this new product area to a major market share position along side their already established products. Ideally you will be: tertiary educated, technically minded, a relationship builder who is a switched on motivated business sales Manager 

     

    The position will have you seeing to National accounts ensuring on going business and customer satisfaction. At times you will assist the Research team in developing new products to satisfy large account requirements. You will oversee the production and time line as well as constructing technical designs and providing new solutions to new product launchs and assisting the sales team in the role out of new products to maximise growth and effectiveness. You must have the flexibility to travel if need be to visit overseas manufacturers and report back to the team of up coming products and developments 

     

    Computer skills are a must, presentation, motivation, organisation and a can do attitude to turn your hand to almost anything and create winning result. 

     

    Key requirements  

     

    Hydraulic Knowledge 

    Design & Application knowledge  

    Excellent communications with the ability to sell a mechanical solution  

     

    The successful candidate will be rewarded with a base circa $70-80k (my client will go higher for the right candidate), car and super plus ongoing: training, career development and promotions for high achievers.
