Our international manufacturing ????? ????? a market leader in the provision and design of tailor made pipe supporting solutions. They sell into various markets throughout the globe including oil, gas, mining, construction and to various manufacturing ????? ?????. The products are manufactured locally here in Australia and thus they have the added advantage of being able to tailor make solutions to any end user requirement.
In this hands on sales management role you will be responsible for leading and driving a team of internal and external sales staff. You will be measured on state performance and branch results and as such will spend a lot of the time in the field assisting and mentoring ????? ?????. The products are sold direct and also through specialist resellers and your aim will be to increase sales in both areas. You will be an inspirational leader with a flexible management style and one who can demonstrate previous success in a similar role.
To be considered for interview you will have the following skills and experience to offer;
Proven sales management track record in industrial product sales.
Superb attitude, drive and high level of energy towards your sales management career.
Previous experience of selling direct and through reseller channels.
Experience of selling into oil, gas, mining and industrial end users.
Diverse and inclusive management style.
Passion for mentoring ????? ????? sales teams.
A results orientated approach to your career.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
