We are a well known Medical Manufacturer with a highly sought after product portfolio.  We are currently looking to fill one of our theatre-based sales roles.  We are known for our excellent commission structure, our quality products and our ability to offer our Employees a genuine career path.

The role will be looking after a vascular portfolio and as such will be calling on surgeons, NUM's and other personnel within the theatre environment.  A relatively technical role, it will require the ability to absorb clinical information and relay it to the relevant people appropriately.  It is a results based role that requires sales planning and execution of agreed strategies and tactics to win new business as well as maintaining and growing business from existing relationships.

We are looking for someone who has a professional and mature outlook; someone who can remain calm under pressure and someone who understands the communication style of such a hospital setting.  Whilst a history of strong previous sales results from within the medical industry is important, so too is your familiarity of theatres, your engaging personality and sales style and your ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously.  In short, we're looking for a mature, professional individual with a consultative yet confident sales style.
