My client are a world leader with Air Compressors. They are seeking a VIC Sales Engineer due to growth in the market and an ever expanding client base.

The Role

  • Selling Pneumatic / Air Compressor's to various Industries such as Building & Construction / Mining / Contract Engineers / OEM's / End Users to name a few
  • Developing business within NSW. Namely building new business within current contacts
  • Working with a consultative style rather than sell sell sell attitude - the client prefers its employees to do whats best for the client rather than his budget.
  • Working with the Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager to build the Brand name

FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED

The Requirements

  • We are looking for an Industrial Sales Engineer. If you have compressor experience it is an advantage but not a necessity. If you are currently working for a large player in PUMPS, PNEUMATICS & HYDRAULICS, BEARINGS or CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
  • Ideally 5 yrs plus Sales experience
  • Someone you is capable of working  autonomously
  • You will need to be able to talk to service techs, production managers and CEO's or CFO's - Contracts can range from $50,000 to $500,000.
  • Someone who has worked as a part of a team and understands that the client's repeat business is more important than a sale
