A market leader in the building and construction industry is extremely motivated to find Victoria’s number one building construction rep. They are a extremely recgonisable brand and as such are looking for the best on the market. Their current business need is for a Business Development Manager.
The position will suit an Account Manager with 4+ years under their belt and looking to step up in to a key accounts / Business development role.
The preferred candidate will be a tertiary qualified, (MBA would be desirable), commercially astute, strategic relationship builder. They will be required to manage the large accounts and be the pivotal force to driving the business, fostering growth opportunities and managing key customer relationships locally.
Your outstanding track record in account manager’s role distinguishes you from your peers. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense, commercial acumen and ability to mentor a team. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, commercial expertise and results -focused approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience in the building and construction industry is preferred however candidates that have managed a trade reseller channel will also be considered.
