Our client is a fashion apparel market leader providing luxury business wear. Due to growth with their flagship store and concession stores, there is an opportunity for motivated individuals to take ownership and join their team. These roles are for Store Management and Senior Sales and will be accountable for managing and selling all aspects of the business with a key focus on customer service, team development and the profitability of the store. Come and run your own business or be a senior member!
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Ideally previous suiting/business shirts & accessories experience
- Excellent customer service and team work skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Ability to lead or be part of motivating a team
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Relevant retail experience, high end apparel experience highly regarded
