Sussan currently have an exciting opportunity for a Co Manager to join the management team in one of our Premium Stores - Bourke Street.

Reporting to the Premium Store Manager, your role will be to support the Manager in all aspects of the store’s performance including; inspiring ????? ????? to drive sales, achieving outstanding financial results and delivering ????? ????? experience for our customer every time she visits our store. 

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Proven leadership & management experience 
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive sales
• Ability to inspire & motivate teams of people
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Planning & organisational skills
