Ozmosis, Victoria’s largest surf retailer is a rapidly expanding business with a Head Office based at Braeside. With 18 stores and a team of over 300 amazing people Ozmosis is one of the most successful retailers of surf, street and skate brands in Victoria.

We are seeking a 2IC who enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment to showcase their amazing sales ability, vibrant personality and strong leadership skills. With a 2IC position available at our MELBOURNE CENTRAL store this is a great opportunity to join the Ozmosis team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Assisting the store manager with team management and administration

Meeting KPI’s

Maintaining merchandising standards

Stock management

Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.

To be considered for this role you should demonstrate the following:

The ability to drive sales and achieve targets

Team leadership and development skills

Multi-tasking and problem solving ability

Consistency in delivering ????? ????? standards of customer service

A highly driven, self motivated approach in leading a team to success

The confidence to be fully accountable for your store

Exceptional people skills

Ideally you are already in a similar role with at least three years experience. The role requires a highly capable individual who is both a leader and a team player with a proven track record in retail management.
