Due to exciting growth this CBD based, leader in Financial Services requires an experienced Online Specialist to join their fast paced and dynamic Marketing and Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level working for an organisation that really values its employees.

In this diverse and challenging role you will be responsible for the ongoing development of website and online strategy, including:

• Develop web communications strategies;
• Design, develop and manage complete web projects;
• Produce, maintain and update content for ongoing online communications channels such as website and eNews;
• Develop and implement appropriate training for staff on the use of the Content Management System;
• Assisting the Manager, Marketing & Communications in the development and implementation broader marketing and communications strategy.

You will have:

•  A tertiary qualification in either Communications/Public Relations or Marketing OR the demonstrated experience to be able to perform at an equivalent level to a candidate with this qualification.
• Financial services industry experience would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in the development and management of online strategies
• Extensive experience in the delivery of targeted online marketing initiatives aimed to engage, inform and retain
• Demonstrated writing skills and have a good understanding of print production, online delivery tools, web design and delivery processes
