My client is looking for an experienced Registered Building Surveyor in Victoria whom shall have 
 
1.       Directors role with no initial investment (other than the proportionate part of their salary);
2.       The ability to be the Managing Director of the Melbourne office and have autonomy in the     running of the Melbourne business;
3. Based within Melbourne
4.      Potential for future growth including International Work;
 
The preferred applicant would be one that –
 
1.       Has a senior role in an existing building surveying company but no ownership and has the aspiration to run their own business; or
2.       Owns / operates their own company (1 man team) and is looking at options to grow / expand;
3.       A person who is registered with the Building Professionals Board in Victoria;
4.       Interstate or overseas applicants would not be suitable for this position.

My client can provide networking as relates to the major architectural firms in Melbourne (due to their International dealings) but it would be expected that the new director would have existing clients / contacts that could also be a potential source of work.
 
Not looking for a staff member, or senior person but rather a managing director / experienced building surveyor, who shall have a substantial ownership of the Melbourne business without the initial capital investment.
