Located in the CBD, this progressive organisation has a large and diversified portfolio of properties which requires a star Commercial Property Manager to maintain the brand and service delivery. Over looking some of Melbourne’s most well known retail strips, neighbouring ????? ????? and a mix of commercial, our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager who can demonstrate a solid and comprehensive knowledge of commercial property management. Operationally you will be responsible for: - Coordinating contractors
- Rental Reviews
- Open for inspections
- Maintaining relationships
- Valuating and listing properties
- Scheduling appointments
- Completing exclusive and general leasing and managing authorities
- Leasing properties
- Condition reports
- Coordinating minor refirbs
