Our client is a leading Property Firm on a global scale that has a diverse portfolio of properties across commercial, retail, industrial and residential. As a commercial Property Manager you responsible for all aspects of property management including lease administration, rent reviews, lease renewal negotiations, financial reporting and co-ordination of building services within your portfolio.
The successful Commercial Property Manager will come from a minimum of 3-5 experience, and have worked on a solid commercial portfolio or retail portfolio.
In addition to this you will have sharp communication skills, ability to work well within a team and have sound relationship building and management skills. Also you will obtain relevant property/tertiary qualifications and have a strong desire for property management.
