A leader in the provision of outsourced facilities and maintenance services this organisation is currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Operator. Working in a team environment this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience dispatching maintenance staff across Melbourne and surrounds. Working within a friendly team you will be coordinating the response to maintenance requests.
Being the first point of contact the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Taking all incoming maintenance calls
· Logging requests
· Dispatching relevant trade contractors
· Following up jobs ensure completion
