The successful candidate will be a top tier Senior Facilities Coordinator who is highly advanced within the industry and possess a sound knowledge of OH&S, building codes and regulations.

You will be primarily responsible for: 

• Budget Management
• Coordinating Contractors
• OH&S inductions
• Risk Assessments
• Essential services
• Reporting writing
• Minor projects
• Client liaison
• Maintenance

The ideal candidate will come from proven background in FM in the commercial office, retail or educational space and be able to hit the ground running.
